Summary: The hotel is very nice the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are lovely especially Stella on reception she was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely come again.

Summary: The room was great. No complaints. After going out locally we came back for a drink in the residents bar and it was closed at 11.20pm. On asking the receptionist for some ice in a bucket to go to the room. She wasn’t happy to do this. And an unnecessary exchange took place for at least 5 minutes before she would get some ice from the closed bar so that I could use it as an icepa k

Summary: Bit of a curate's egg... room was big and warm, swimming pool onsite, large grounds. However room was FAR too warm (TRV seemed to be non-functional, and didn't turn the heat down, even when set to zero). Duty manager said he would fix it next day, but didn't. On check out, receptionist said she hoped it would be fixed next time, but at no point discussed which room I had stayed in. Great huge bathroom, but almost no hot water pressure in the shower. So you're having intercourse with the bath tap (any further away and you don't get showered).

Summary: We (2 adults & a child) stayed in a suite. The double bed was very spacious and comfortable but the sofa bed left a lot to be desired - the mattress was very thin and you could feel the slats. The shower wasn't very hot, even when turned up to the max. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and checking in & out was efficient.

Summary: From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. We also loved the free parking, the beautiful grounds, and the comfy outdoor pods for dinner—such a lovely touch for a relaxing evening meal. 🍽️✨ Thank you, Natalie, and the whole team at Denham Grove Hotel for a memorable stay. We’ll certainly be visiting again! 🤩
