Negative: Ia easily accessible to Heathrow Airport. Lovely environment. Local shops yo get things needed.

Positive: The location was great. A nice quiet neighborhood. While there were some minor mechanical issues (i.e. washer/dryer stopped working), the host did her best to try to fix the situation. Then when things didn't work out, she did what she could to make up for it. There were restaurants and a grocery nearby, so we didn't need to get extra transportation. It was a perfect spot for what we needed.

Negative: There were a couple of things that were just random and out of everyone's control. We did get it for the laundry facilities, but weren't able to really use them as the machine was broken. They did try to get it fixed, but it wasn't going to work out while we were there. Plus, the shower heads didn't stay upright, but again the host did try to fix it, just wasn't able to work it out. The host of this property was awesome to work with. She did her best to try to make things work. She constantly checked on us to make sure we were ok. I would definitely stay there again, if we are ever back in London.
