This condo is Located in the north Kierland right down the street from the Kierland Golf Course. It is in a quiet, gated community. Walking distance to Kierland Commons for shopping and restaurants. A short drive (6.5 miles) to Gateway Trailhead for a hike. This location is all about convenience and ease of travel.
You will have access to the entire condo and access to community pool and gym. A two car garage is included for ease of parking. *Please note parking in the complex requires an extra permit. (Advanced request required from HOA for special circumstances only). Gate fob is located in the condo for use of the pool and gym during your stay. Please make sure to return those to the basket prior to checkout.

Truly a โDesert Gem!โ
Name of condo perfectly describes this beautiful, well-appointed Kierland Greens condo. Conveniently located near upscale shopping and a wide assortment of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Awesome pool and walking paths connected to the Westin golf course. Unit was sparkling clean, and Jeanine made us feel very welcome. We had a couple of small requests and she accommodated both, responding to messages quickly. This was our fourth year staying in this unit โฆ and we canโt wait to return!
