2 Bedroom Condo in Cocoa Beach

Drop your bags and hit the beach! This direct 5th floor oceanfront unit affords panoramic views of the ocean and beach! The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. It is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with new carpet, tile and paint! The living room has a queen size convertible sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, vanity and dressing area with large sunny windows. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a pack and play. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer (so pack lightly)!
We provide everything you could possibly need for the beach including umbrellas, beach towels, toys and chairs. Tennis rackets also provided to play on the on-site court.
Please note: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays are required throughout the spring - summer season.
Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay on the beach and enjoy the pool while being one hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center, miniature golf, kayaking, the Cocoa Beach Pier, fishing, golfing are a few of the nearby attractions.

Summary: Overall, I’d say the property was good. The condominium complex was clean and easy to access at check in. The condo was perfect in size for my family of 4. Condo was very clean but patio furniture for balcony was outdated and not inviting. I was a little taken back that despite paying for a cleaning fee that the renter is expected to do a load of towels prior to check out. It’s not the best optics if you’re supposed to be on vacation, you’re paying a cleaning fee, and yet expected to wash towels before you check out. It’s not something I’d expect the renter to do. In the end, I would stay here again. My family really enjoyed the area and the view from the condo balcony faces the ocean which was amazing.

Summary: This was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants. Highly recommend. The only area of improvement would be to get a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Summary: We were in Florida for a baby shower and wanted to make something of a mini-vacation out of the trip. This condo turned out to be perfect. It's clean, comfortable, modern, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We especially appreciated the "beachy" yet tasteful decor. Also, the unit is well stocked with just about anything you'll need: chairs, an umbrella, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. As far as location goes, you'll need to drive or get a ride to just about everything, but nothing is that far. (I actually walked to the Publix a few times, which is about a mile away.) In all, we absolutely loved it and plan to stay here again.
