Summary: Close to beach, restaurants, and cool spot to view rocket launched. There is a bagel shop practically beside the condo for easy breakfast. The host is quick to respond to communication and the place has a bit of anything you might need.

Summary: This is one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Oceanfront view from second floor balcony had an outdoor table and chair set. Although we did not cook at the condo, the pots/pans and bakeware were nice. The kitchen had ample dishes, utensils and glassware. The appliances were modern, which included a dual coffee maker. The decor had a beach theme throughout. It was tastefully done. The bed was comfortable. I love that the mattress was incased in plastic and covered with a mattress pad. Great air flow was provided with the use of paddle fans. One located in the living area and other in the bedroom. This was in addition to the central air unit. The provided washer/dryer was very convenient. Although Marcia’s directions were very descriptive, the condo was tucked away and we had to make the loop a few times. One entrance was blocked due to deliveries. Thank you for opening your rental to us.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Cocoa Beach. The condo was great exactly what we needed. We spent a lot of time outside at the beach which was nice to be able just to walk and I have to drive and park. There were several restaurants and bars around. We only drove our car once and that was to go to the Ron Jon surf shop, we will be back! Such a great host she was very responsive.
