2 Bedroom Condo in Cocoa Beach

Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 5th floor unit has an ocean view and was recently remodeled and redecorated.
*****NOTICE 4-1-25******
There is construction of a new 500 room hotel and conference center being built on the property across the street to the north. The new Westin Hotel will take 1-2 more years to complete the construction. The planned opening is in 2027. There will be construction noises from time to time and sometimes at odd hours. Our complex monitors their activity and will notify us of unusual issues or events. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World.
The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and the
Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous'
'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes.
Our unit has been recently updated, and are fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and provide you with all forms of electronic entertainment.
The Oceanfront Complex has the following:

Large heated pool with neighboring hot tub.
Recreation room with kitchen and library.
Tennis Court, Pickleball court

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Sand Castles and hope to return soon. Doug was quick to respond when we had questions. The Condo was decorated beautifully and clean. It is close to the ocean for walks on the beach and the pool was so comfortable and protected when the ocean winds were strong. We were able to watch 3 launches from our Balcony and on the beach. It is an easy drive to Disney and very close to Kennedy Space Center. Thank you Doug.

Summary: Overall a nice unit, corner view. Westin is building a new hotel next store, hope it doesn't ruin the view,as now you can see Port Canaveral.

Summary: 2nd floor oceanfront. Large two bedroom condo and 2 full baths. Good supplies. Older unit but perfect for A family . Sheets on king should be replaced since they are at the end of their life. Glass table needs to be cleaned better. A few utensils were dirty. Elevator was broken upon arrival so I had to switch my unit with the owner which worked out.

Summary: I could not have been more pleased with the condo. Clean, stocked, great location, spacious, I could go on and on. Beach is right there, also so a SpaceX launch, the kids loved their surf lessons and bioluminescence kayak tour. Hubby and I loved the chance to just chill!

Summary: Only 2 complaints the sun rises over ocean instead of setting and the space x launched cancelled 3 times so we missed it. All of which clearly out of your control! The room and property were awesome! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was so pretty! Loved how everything was decorated beachy! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed!
