Summary: We always enjoy our stays in Charleston with Stay Fun Charleston so much!! Excellent communication!! There is plenty of room for our family and a nice backyard area for relaxing! The kitchen is well equipped with just about everything we needed on the nights we decided to stay in and cook! The house is always meticulously clean, and the neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. Easy access to Walmart, grocery stores, and several restaurants. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

Summary: This place was the perfect size for our family. My in-laws had some issues using the keypad lock and we weren't with them, but a quick call to the host and they were in the door quickly. Thank you so much for providing this home to us!

Summary: The communication with the property management company was good-they responded quickly which was a positive. We travel for events several times a year, mainly tennis events, so we have rented a lot of properties through VRBO and AirB&B. The main issue that we had was the beds. Unfortunately the beds, especially in the primary bedroom (the room with the 1/2 bath) were extremely uncomfortable. We even tried to switch beds to determine if it was just the person and not the mattress, but three different adults were unanimous in that bed being extremely uncomfortable. The bunk beds were as expected and the ladies made due with those. The other bedroom was more comfortable than the primary, but not great. The pull out futon was actually more comfortable. The mattresses really have to be replaced. The home was clean and welcoming, the living room space was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, so a little cramped for 5 adults to watch a movie. Up

Summary: We were very impressed with the property. We loved it so much more than a hotel. We weren't tripping over each other and we had the ability to make meals in the home with all the numerous supplies available when we wanted a change from the restaurants. The hot tub was so nice after a long day "touristing". The house was clean and very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful, and even helped walkthis old woman through unlocking the door. (LOL!) If we come back to the Charleston area, we will definitely plan to stay there again!

Summary: We reserved this property when visiting our son who is in Charleston. The house is very neat and clean, and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The house is very close to gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. It is relatively close to the highway, and access to highway 26 is straightforward. Charleston is about a 30 minute drive away. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Charleston area who prefers to be a little way out of the city, but still needs easy access to downtown Charleston and the surrounding areas. The host was polite and responsive to all inquiries.
