Summary: We had a great stay here while visiting relatives in Summerville. Huge living space, very comfortable, lots of room for everyone, as we had 10 people staying. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very well furnished. Nice, safe neighborhood. We hope to make this an annual trip and will definitely stay again.

Summary: This place was amazing. Cleaning crew is top notch and house sparkled. Newly remodeled and stunning. Jeremy was quick to respond to questions. Amazing week. Would go again.

Summary: The property was clean and as advertised. However there were no explicit check-in or out procedures listed in the app or in a binder in the residence, as I have seen in most rentals. When I reached out to the host, all I received was a smart door code. We did our best to follow check out procedures that are common with rentals of taking out the trash, stripping the beds, ands starting the washer and dishwasher. Of note, toilet paper among three bathrooms for 8 guests over 3 nights and 4 days totaled 5 rolls and almost ran out. I rate the stay logistics as 6/10

Summary: Had a fantastic stay with our family. The house was lovely and the layout was perfect for our family.

Summary: We had a great time. It was so relaxing. The only thing I would say is that more toilet paper is needed for 4 days. We ran out by the end but overall it was a great experience. I would definitely rent this place again.
