Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Bama Breeze. This house is older and needs refreshing but is very spacious and comfortable. The views of the Gulf of Mexico are great. Here are some things you may need to know that aren't clear in the listing: 1. The house is in a gated community. You will be given instructions to pick up a gate key card before you arrive. There is only one key card so you will have to coordinate arrivals if you arrive at different times in multiple vehicles as we did. 2. Access to the beach is not right across the street as the listing and photos imply. There is a community board walk down the street for access. It is a couple of hundred yards to the west. 3. You may want to bring ice. The ice maker is broken. It was reported on Monday and not fixed by Friday of our stay.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Bama Breeze. It has everything we needed. There was a slight leak under the kitchen sink, but nothing too serious. There is also a grill on the property that I wasn't aware of, so that was an extra surprise. I would love to come back and rent another time. Great house for a family including my dog.

Summary: Location ! Location! House had plenty of room for our crew. Needs furniture , bed, pillow updates and more than 4 coffee cups. We made it work and will be back!

Summary: We love the Audubon place and have stayed in several VRBOs here over time. This house has several bedrooms and bathrooms and quite spacious. VACASA folks allowed early check in which was great. Our biggest problem during our one week stay was cockroaches. We took pictures of roaches and contacted vacasa two times. Both times we were told that the local team would contact us to take care of the problem. But no one did. When we again mentioned during check out about the problem we were told that someone would call us. It’s been almost a week since our vacation. Still no one has called! We were surprised that the house didn’t have cutting boards, peeler, and Can opener. But when we requested those they delivered it promptly. It will be nice if this house had some things that most beach VRBOs have such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and a desk to work.

Summary: We absolutely loved the house and especially the location! The property manager from Vacasa was amazing! We had a minor problem that was resolved and he dropped by the next morning to check on things. We have already booked for next year in the same community!

Summary: Family also rented one of the homes on the street which was on the beachside, so it was very convenient. There is also a very nice beach just a short walk and we really liked that there were very few people and so it was nice and private since it is a gated community. We also loved seeing Dolphins.
