Positive: Gated parking with lot of space. The train station is within walking distance, so it's convenient starting place to visit Venice (although not that many trains as from the main station - be careful). The apartment is spacious, and furnished very nice. The internet has a good speed. You also get the Venice entry pass, so you don't need to worry about. There's a big shopping mall in the city, 5 minutes by car, so you can buy anything there.
Negative: Nothing really. Be aware that it's on 2nd floor without elevator, so if you have heavy bags - be aware of it. There are restaurants nearby so in the evening it can be loud, but in the night it's quiet. As a plus, you get a discount at the restaurant down below.
Summary: Excellent stay, would book again when around Venice by car.

Positive: Good enough for a sleepover when visiting Venice. There is an optional breakfast but we didn't use it. There was a complimentary bottle of water, a kettler, coffee and tea bags. Free parking is available for all guests. Downsides: There is a busy restaurant below and there was a party so it was noisy. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, as there were black hairs on the floor. Also somebody messed up our reservation and gave our keys to wrong people (I guess), but the girl from the restaurant sorted it out quickly.

Positive: Clean and tidy. Comfortable and in a good neighborhood. Bus station nearby and excellent coffee shop. Only the cleaning lady was too noisy in 7 am when she started cleaning. Woke us up every morning.

Positive: Nice residential area,30 minutes walking distance from the railway station, where there are trains to Venice every 10-15 minutes. The bus stop is around the corner for bus no 10 to the railway station.Restaurant was closed, but there are nice coffee shops and a pizza restaurant nearby.
Negative: Wi-fi very bad. The noise coming from the corridor, from outside or from the room next door. You can literally hear every move the person next door is doing and if there are people talking loud it can be a little annoying.
Summary: All in one it was a very nice experience.
