The apartment is located 15 minutes from Venice, below the house there is a bus stop with continuous connections every 10 minutes and the guarded garage Delfino for a fee. Arriving from the train station it takes 10 minutes on foot, from the airport a bus leaves every 30 minutes and arrives under the house. In front of the apartment there is the Pam supermarket, two minutes away from Mc Donald, bars, wine bars, patisseries, ice cream parlors, specialized food in Italian products and Venetian taverns.
My 110 sqm apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is very bright, modern, functional, elegantly furnished and very welcoming. It is located on the eighth floor, with an elevator and a wonderful view. The apartment has an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, closet, two bathrooms and two terraces.
The living room is spacious with a comfortable double sofa bed, 43 "smart TV, 6/8 seater table. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with cold storage, pots, plates and dishes, glasses, microwave with a long counter and breakfast stools. There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and TV. The third bedroom has two single beds which can be joined together to form a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathrooms have showers, sinks, bidets, toilets and hair dryers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board free of charge. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Ideal solution for large families or groups of friends thanks to the large space and the 8 places available Smoking is allowed on the terraces.

Summary: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that perfectly suited our group of eight. Extra double bed in the living room made it a perfect fit! Very clean & right on the bus line!

Summary: We were 7 of us and there were three bedrooms and an open up couch. Very comfortable. We only stayed one night but it would have been excellent for a longer stay. Nice kitchen and eating area, two bathrooms and we were warned that after two showers we would have to wait a bit for more hot water. That was fine as most places we stayed in Italy hot water was a BIG issue. We are not used to that problem in Canada. The property manager communicated with us ahead of time and was waiting to let us in. She went over a lot of details about how to get to the island, how to deal with water taxi, how to get to airport, gave us a map. Bus stop to anywhere was just outside, grocery store just outside. Great view from balconies. Spacious elevator .

Summary: The location is great, just across the causeway from the Island of Venice. Very accessible. We were a group of six cousins and the accommodation work well for us.

Summary: Very clean and top equipped apartment. Centrally located to shops bars and public transport. Only one thing to mention 2 bedrooms did not have air conditioning so it got hot. AC units should be installed inside the bedrooms not in the hall ways. Better to keep portable fans during summer time as it can get very hot.

Summary: Such a beautiful properly. Communication with the owner was great. She and her team coached us through the entire experience of finding the place, checking us in as well as coaching us on how to experience Venice. She provided maps, showed us key points of interest and ever. showed us how the bus system worked. Wonderful experience & memories for a lifetime!

Summary: Not a very nice location (it was convenient for hopping on the bus) but we were spoiled by our luxurious stay in Florence. Ran out of hot water after 3.5 showers. The button was turned off on the water heater. There were a few ants in our bedroom. Elevator was a challenge to go down. Great restaurant a few doors down the street was seating by reservations only. It would have been helpful if the list of restaurants mentioned that. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with twin beds was extremely slippery and the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Hazardous for elderly guests. Mirrors in each guestroom would be helpful. Chocolat Gelataria across the street was divine!

Summary: Very cozy and clean apartment with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, coffee, tea, even a champagne in the fridge! Supermarket and restaurants just 2 mins away. 10 mins walk to Venice train station. Checkin process was very good, communication was excellent. Enough space for 7. Highly recommend this awesome apartment!
