Summary: Very nice. Very large penthouse apartment with very nice bacony/patio to sit and have your morning coffee or evening wine. Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy bus access to the city for trips in so can leave your car in the gated designated parking space (10 euro/day). Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The apartment was lovely and exactly as the pictures showed on line. Very spacious and close to the bus into Venice. We were close enough to walk to and from the train station .

Summary: We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was more than we could have hoped for. Nick was great getting us checked in and giving us perfect directions for getting into the city. The furnishings were amazing and perfect for a Venetian stay. Getting to know his mother was an added treat. We loved it. I would definitely recommend this apartment for future visitors.
