Positive: The house is very clean and fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.

Negative: On the website, it said there was free parking, but when I arrived, I found that it was permit holders only. I asked them about it, but they didn’t reply to me until after I had left the property.
