Summary: Booked this after a good experience at Doubletree in Nice. Doubletree Brussels was a disappointment. Building facade is in need of a facelift. There are two entrances - one facing the park and another facing the plaza leading to the nearby metro. Staff closes the latter entrance when there’s no events booked with the hotel. Makes no sense, such an inconvenience to hotel guests. Front desk staff is not helpful as well. Rooms are comfortable but sound proofing is poor.

Summary: We stayed with my family for a holiday, it is a hotel close to the center and public transportation. It is clean but the comfort of the rooms is very low, many of the standard needs are not in the room. The breakfast is quite poor, the restaurant staff is not good.

Summary: Benoit, Marie and Naomi at the front desk were very helpful and offered great info about places to go to and how to get there. They were very courteous and took their time to help us! Inet was also very kind and helpful getting us additional towels and washcloths for our room. She was super sweet!

Summary: Only thing I would say is that the room service was poor. Tried to call for a pasta when we arrived around 9.30pm, the menu says available 24/7, when I rang room service they said room service had finished, I tried to ask why it said 24/7 on the menu and he said "speak to the kitchen" and put me through to someone who couldn't speak English, who then told me to speak to reception. Tried calling reception and no one answered. Eventually gave up. Other than that the hotel is nice. Clean, nice rooms and a good location
