Positive: Very near to train station n city centre shopping area
Negative: Breakfast didn’t provide mocha (nor chocolate/lemon?) I drank coffee for 2 mornings for a change from my usual tea. I felt weak n heart pumping stomach churning. I eventually knew it was due to the coffee which I seldom drink. I should hv stick to my tea if mocha nor chocolate are provide. Waffle was instant k es in a packet 😂

Positive: Breakfast and Reception staff are always great. Location is close to my office which is convenient The cookies and water on arrival are good
Negative: Noise - I always request a quiet room (I stay at the hotel 2-3x a month) I usually request a high floor room away from lifts. This is not always provided and the hotel is particularly noisy at present due to renovations. Drilling started at 8am! Temperature control - the hotel room is always freezing, even when switching the air conditioning off, It comes back on autonatically in the morning.

Positive: Good breakfast selection, need more fruit variety, . Central location next to main shopping area. Next to trains and busses. Our 3rd time at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
Negative: Breakfast ended too early for holiday makers.

Negative: The bathroom light should be independent from the room lights! People do go to the loo during the night :)

Positive: service and choice excellent. waitress found a table for 6, cleaned and prepared and even wished me happy father's day!
Negative: having to pay £31 for car park for one night stay and no real alternative. also closing at 11.00pm. however, front manager was excellent. he quickly opened our bedroom door after a battery failure and was very helpful when we checked in.
Summary: Great but you need a deal with 7 kings for parking!
