Negative: Shower bath were not working well, no hot water coming from them - thermostatic controls were seized and didn’t change water temperature. Had to bath kids each. Ight by bringing kettle of hot water from kitchen. Stair case exceptionally steep and dangerous for young children. Door key was broken so I couldn’t open the door on arrival, they did give me access to the spare key safe so we got in, but one of the spare keys also bent so couldn’t properly fully lock the property during our stay. Photos online looked very nice, taken when the property was originally renovated guessing a few years ago. Property much more ‘tired’ inside. When we booked we were looking forward to staying as online it looked great, unfortunately the experience of actually being there was disappointing.
Summary: Didn’t live up to the expectations set by online photos. Needs some maintenance done.

Negative: I was not aware of a £300 deposit until i had paid in full for the accommodation, and, we were not given the lock box details, until the deposit was paid, in full, the deposit was debited immediately from my account, we checked out on the 12th September, the deposit still has not been repaid.

Positive: Lovely house in a nice area and close to the transport links for central London. House was welcoming and clean.
Negative: Didn't apply to us, but the stairs to the bedrooms on the upper two floors are quite steep, so if you have issues with stairs this is not the house for you. The photos don't show the stairs, so it's worth noting, as there is no bedroom or wc on the ground floor.
Summary: Lovely house in a nice area, close to transport links.
