Summary: free warm chocolate cookies. the room cleaning isn't consistent. One day they cleaned one day they skipped even we asked the front desk to clean our room, but they didn't. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels at the front desk constantly. We paid so much for the room and the room isn't nice at all.
