Summary: The room had bed bugs. We woke up the last day with small bug bites all over us. We looked around the floor near the bed and found small insects.

Summary: Clean hotel, with cozy atmosphere and rooms. Staff was very kind and friendly. Rooms were spacious, and complimentary breakfast was a big plus! Location is safe and minutes away to International plaza and the airport. I will definitely come back to this hotel again

Summary: Toilet in bathroom did not work so we were moved into another room immediately. Front desk girl was great. Second room, the beds would make a loud noise if you sat on it too quick. One of the beds when you pulled back the sheet was covered in hair. It was so late we slept on the top sheet.

Summary: Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we were just overnight heading for the cruise port staff helped us tag our luggage and gave us all the info on the shuttle, good breakfast too
