Negative: The room has a musty smell. There appears to be mildew in the bathroom. From a liability standpoint, there is a sizeable dip in the subfloor in front of the sliding door. That needs to be addressed. The front desk agent couldn't find my reservation, and i had to make calls to my company to ensure it was indeed booked. After about 10 minutes, she finally located my reservation. It was an inconvenience when I provided my confirmation number.

Negative: No ice..had to buy ice! The little store was badly stocked. Not a large enough pool for the size of the place. The suite hasldnt been cleaned and vacuumed well. A couple of the desk people actually acted like we were bothering them with questions.
