Living room contains TV and sleeper sofa pullout with a full size bed. The condo also has its own private covered parking spot, so no more hot seats! There are other public access boat ramps nearby. Balcony offers fantastic views!!!! Property has outdoor grills, pool, fitness center, self-serve laundry, and many restaurants surrounding the condo. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar, literally everything! Our calendar is constantly changing, so if you are interested in specific dates that say 'booked' just EMAIL ME TO BE SURE if the condo is available.

Summary: The property is part private condos and hotel. It's nestled between some larger and newer properties and near a huge parking garage right on the Tampa Bay. We were most pleased with the feeling of safety, the small private beach, and definitely the pool and bar/restaurant. We had rented a Cadillac for our 3 1/2 day trip but only left the property for a short visit to a local market (for essentials like snacks, toiletries, and beverages) and to a graduation at a local college--which was the purpose of our trip. We spent most of our time in the pool area. The water was the perfect temperature, the lounge chairs were comfy, and the food and drinks were spectacular. The nachos! Wow. Beware of the lurking crows who will swoop down and steal your food if you're not careful. There was always good reggae music playing, and on Friday, a live one-man band in the evening. The condo itself was small but pleasant. It felt like old Florida to me but in a good way. The updates were nice enough. We didn't really spend much time inside...when we did, we were on the patio which overlooked the Bay. The owner, Andrea, was excellent communicating, even helping us find restaurants and a market.

Summary: Close to airport, St Petersburg, Tampa and all the fun places. Beautiful Bay view - gorgeous sunsets. Morning & night deck relaxing/private moments worth the experience. Andrea supported our stay with top notch suggestions and assurance that we were going to enjoy our stay. Can’t say enough about the property and Andrea. The pool and bar topped everything off on the property- from morning coffee/breakfast to special sunset drinks. We will be back.

Summary: We are so glad we booked this condo for our Tampa stay. Well maintained, very clean, nice furnishings. Lovely waterfront setting - quiet, felt private, and had that special sunset view that did not disappoint.
