Summary: Front desk staff at check in couldnt find our reservatation an wanted to re charge us about 600.00. They have a parking garage but we had to pay 10.00 every time we left for parking. At check out we were informed about a key for the garage. Really. We stayed 3 days we no information about the key for parking.

Summary: I was so happy with the service, everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was so big and roomy and everything was just lovely for what the price was. Parking was easy too and close to the building which is a plus! Highly recommend.

Summary: Our stay with you is always good. This time we were on the third floor, which our windows opened to roof and there were several dead birds that had been there for awhile. Just was not the most pleasant to open the windows up to. Linens were not in closet, we had to call, which they were quick. Found a hair from previous guest in shower, but I understand that can be hard to miss. I just write in to be honest, but we will be staying there again in future as it’s our fav hotel in area.

Summary: The hotel itself met with our usual expectations. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with good warm pressure from the shower. The magnifying mirror was a nice touch. On arriving I was greeted with a somber welcome by the registrant. She was not rude but certainly not welcoming. The restaurant food was ok and the waitress was nice but service was very slow at the start and the amplitude of noise was uncomfortable. I would suggest adding two bottles of water in the rooms so the patrons do not need to draw water out of the bathroom sinks.

Summary: Half way point of our trip. Nice quiet town. Great facility, but not much nearby on a Sunday that was open for dinner. Hotel restaurant was very good if Italian is your thing.
