Positive: Quiet, clean, well appointed, many amenities, very nice place and though not easily walkable to downtown, close enough.
Negative: Everything was new. The problem with that is not everything worked. Particularly the coffee machine for drip. Pod side OK. The corkscrew was unable to open beer bottles. The water on refrigerators door didn’t work. Things like that. Last but very important, the heat was abusively noisy all night long.
Summary: Great venue. Owners need to stay there for a few nights and exercise all the amenities.

Positive: Location was good. great kitchen and everything that was needed for a comfortable stay.
Negative: Someone parked on the street directly across from the driveway, so it made it very difficult for 2 cars to park in the driveway. The home was quaint, but definitely smaller than it looked on the pictures. Couch could use an update. Pillow could also use an update.
Summary: Overall comfortable, quaint, nice place.

Positive: Excellent location close to everything. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with anything that you might need. The host was very responsive and the hot tub was just the cherry on top.
Negative: Nothing other than I wish I would have stayed longer.
Summary: Perfect location in Saint Augustine - in the middle of it all.
