Just a 2-minute walk to the Harbor Marina and bay beaches, the Longwoods Beach House is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beach home with shy of one acre of privacy surrounded by “long wood” trees. This home will feel like a private escape away from the “city life” yet it is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches, and the boating and water sport life that makes East Hampton the perfect getaway. This home is equipped with outdoor heated pool to 84 degrees, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and bonfire pit for your use on your beach trips. Enjoy bonfire nights at the hidden gem Maidstone Beach, with front row seats to the most beautiful and colorful sunsets seen anywhere.
Situated on nearly an acre of professionally landscaped grounds with regular tick and mosquito control maintenance, you will sit on the large backyard deck and look onto the natural foliage of the numerous “long wood” trees while lighting a fire in the outdoor chimney. It may feel like you are in a luxurious secluded country home yet you are still just minutes from the best shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and nightlife in East Hampton Village, Amagansett and the short 20 minute drive to Montauk and Sag Harbor. Summary: Great location which made the perfect jump off point for small road trips and geocaching. Because we like to travel in shoulder season, it's always cooler weather wise so we appreciated the multiple ways we could warm up by fires. Kitchen was well stocked and we were happy to have an array of spices to choose from. Camille was a wonderful host! Perfect spot for couples or a family wanting a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: This is a very comfortable small house, extremely well equipped and everything in tip top condition. Great location for town and beaches. The owner is extremely responsive and replies to questions almost immediately. We were a couple with 2 dogs and it suited us perfectly.
