Enjoy the beauty of being in East Hampton! Our luxurious vacation rental boasts a resort like back yard featuring a massive deck, swimming pool, Hot Tub, outdoor kitchen, marble pavers, spacious cabana equipped with fire pit and plenty of comfortable lounging areas throughout. Inside there are 4 bedrooms each with it’s own full bathroom. A beautiful kitchen, wet bar and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining. 85 inch smart TV, WIFI, and Central air conditioning, Washer and Dryer, Desk Space for office work. The house comfortably sleeps 10.
Important Note: Pool & hot tub close the first week of October & open second week of June
Recommended to purchase the trip insurance through VRBO
To heat the hot tub it is $50 per day each. We have itemized pricing for these two amenities. Should there be any issue with the hot tub heater or something else, please notify owner or property manager right away. Guest can be credited for these services should they not work during their stay (only if owner knows right away).

No more than 10 people on the premises at any given time, without written consent from the owner / manager or else the damage deposit will be lost.

Note: The East Hampton area has a lot of land and is very woodsy. At times, especially when there is a storm or bad weather, the WiFi and internet connection may be slow or lag. If there are any issues with the WiFi, you can trouble shoot it.
Important Note: Should you find any complaints or issues with the property, please report them to my property management or myself team within one hour of check in / arrival to the property. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept or validate the claim or accusation. The outside of the property has 24 hr video surveillance for security purposes.

Summary: The house is very nice. Very updated and clean. Best bathrooms in any house we have stayed in. The kitchen was large and very nice. Backyard is nice and private with plenty of room. My only issue is that there are so many trees that it blocks a lot of the sun. The pool is in the shade most of the time. In the hot summer it might be great to get some shade but our week was in the low 70's and we could have used a little more sun on the pool. House is in a good location, close to town and the beach. Michael was a great host and always available. Would stay again in the summer.

Summary: This is a beautiful, comfortable and recently renovated home in a lovely neighborhood. The yard is also very nice, it was too cold for the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating areas. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: We were looking for an easy long weekend destination near Brooklyn and were so pleased with the ease of renting this home. It is close to everything but quiet and secluded enough to feel relaxed. Lovely!

Summary: Nice house and set up well for two families. Each room had own bathroom and central area opened up nicely from inside to outside - pool and deck were great and nice area to sit out of sun/weather.

Summary: Our aging small dogs prevented us from traveling to our usual beach resort this year. We were looking for a home that gave us the feel of being at a resort! This property was perfect. The house must have been recently renovated. It is well designed and decorated. The pool and landscaping were very nice. Lots of fluffy beach towels! A very hot BBQ! The oven was a mystery until I turned on the timer. The house is in a secluded area which is something we were also looking for. But not so secluded that the farm stands and shops were too far to go to. If our fur babies continue to defy the odds, we would love to go back next year!

Summary: We were supposed to take a Disney Cruise this month, booked before the Event 201 was put in play. Switched to 4 day closer vacation. Eastern LI was just what the doctor ordered. We had a great, relaxing time with plenty of " your own" space and great "enjoy the group" space! Pool and hot tub were refreshing. Fantastic star show complete with 4 shooting stars and 3 (satellite?) sightings. Michael and Katlyn were helpful before, during (there's always at least one question;), and after our stay.

Summary: From start to finish our family had the absolutely best vacation. Michael and his team were great! The home had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and the pool were perfect for a relaxing weekend of grilling. The home is also close to the beach which the children enjoyed immensely. Great house for a family vacation.
