Summary: The house was great! I am a cook and found the kitchen to be fully stocked with the appliances, utensils, glass and dinner ware. We have been renting a house out east for the last few years and this is the first one that met all our expectations.

Summary: My brother, sister, and I rented this house with our families. We had several kids ranging from infants to 8 and it was great! The house was spacious, open floor plan with an updated kitchen, great activities like the pool, gaming tables, and much more. We each had our own living spaces (2 rooms upstairs, 2 main floor, and 2 in the basement) which worked really well for our families. The owner, James, was super helpful and very responsive during the process. Overall an excellent stay!

Summary: It was a family reunion with 5 grandchildren 2 infants 3 young children. Fun was had by all. Game room over the garage was a big hit with the 6 & 8 yr olds. Very well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable family room. Pool area was a big hit. Lovely memories made here.

Summary: Great house for our multi-family vacation. Each family had their own floor and the living area is spacious and comfortable. House was incredibly clean and well equipped. Host was very responsive and easy to reach. Location was great, near East Hampton and Sag Harbor in a quiet wooded neighborhood. No beach pass, but we drove out to public beach in Montauk. Would definitely stay again.
