Positive: The owner is very helpful he cares about you and he cares about your stay.He always makes sure the rooms are clean and he always treats me and my family with Respect. The hotel is in the perfect spot in Brockport for eating shopping at Walmart and Wegmans in case there's any medical issues that might arise while staying there urgent care is right there next to the hotel.Down town Brockport has a movie theater on Main street and the owner always has breakfast in the morning.

Negative: There was nothing I or my family didn't like. We would go there anytime we needed to stay somewhere in Brockport New York

Positive: the rooms were very comfortable and clean. the sheets and bedding smelled like spring. very attentive staff, very quiet stay. great proximity to everything!

Negative: when we got there, the outside made us alittle worried but after seeing the updated cozy rooms we quickly realized they have done alot of work but not on the outside. dont judge a book by its cover was the perfect example of this place!

Summary: really GREST, QUIET and COZY! don't judge a book by its cover.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. No bugs! Staff was friendly.

Negative: Refrigerator was dirty inside. Toilet paper roll broken, hair dryer didn't work, wrinkled curtain, sink drained slowly, only two plastic cups in the room. Breakfast was minimal first day, a little more the third day but only decaf coffee.

Summary: We felt it was substandard. Simple things were undone or not fixed.
