Positive: The staff that checked me in knew we had a wedding to get ready for and checked me in very quickly. The staff at night was very courteous and friendly, and was clearly one step ahead of us. After a wedding on 8/9/2025, my siblings and I came down to the lobby to hang out a little longer. Heather, Jennifer and Taylor were so kind and helpful. They brought over a pitcher of water and cups, helped us find a local pizzeria that would doordash, and brought out plates and napkins before it even got here. They were very polite and were nothing but gracious and kind, especially to my slightly chatty (tipped back a few) husband! We even got a few bagels to go since I was a little unsure who might make it to breakfast in the morning. We would definitely come back!
Negative: The beds were a little uncomfortable. Too firm?

Negative: mattress hurt my back and when heat was turned on and the air stank of burnt dust of mold not getting a good nights sleep for 3 nights certainly interfered with my visitations and especially my long drive home after the last night.
Summary: lack of a good nights sleep hurt everything I did the next day

Positive: The most comfortable room of our trip. Great bed, great shower. Spacious, friendly- right across from Wegmans. What more could you want?
Negative: The air handler made a thumping noise in the morning that woke us up. Otherwise everything was great.

Positive: The location was very good for our needs. The breakfast was very good on Wednesday morning.
Negative: The breakfast on Thursday morning was sub par. No eggs nor breakfast meats. Just waffles, french toast that contained no detectable egg in it and sugary cereals. Oh yeah, they had what they called "breakfast nuggets" which had no taste and you couldn't tell what was in it. Breakfast was, I guess, a kid's dream, but not fit for an person wanting some nutrition to start the day. We had a king suite with kitchenette. The "kitchenette" only had a tiny refrigerator with a freezer that could barely hold one small package of vegetables, a microwave and a sink. We booked the room as we had at other hotels, expecting a cooktop of some sort with an apartment size refrigerator and some cookware. It was listed as a kitchenette which leads to some expectations. Nothing of the sort. It contained nothing more than any other room in the hotel, but you pay the price because they call it a kitchenette and it's a little bit separated from the bedroom portion of the room. The bathroom in the suite has the sink and counter open to the bedroom, so if you get up before your partner they have to listen and watch as you brush and floss your teeth, which is really attractive, and when you go to use the toilet you have to use the door knob to open the door before you can wash your hands. UNSANITARY BEYOND WORDS. We will definitely be staying at a different hotel on our next visit.
