Positive: This is a little unit (4) tucked at the back of several others so there was no road noise. It was extremely clean and furnished with new carpets and top of the range appliances. easy to grab an uber into town ( 5 mins) and surrounded by plenty of food options. The air conditioning was fantastic. I would definitely recommend ( but make note of bed comments)
Negative: The beds were as hard as rock. One was slightly better than the other with a small memory foam covering. but the other was like sleeping on concrete, if you like firm beds you will be fine. It was missing a full length mirror. But apart from that I couldn't fault it.
Summary: Great little place to stay highly recommend.

Positive: Loved the apartment it had a modern professional feel to it. The garden outlook was superb. Heated kitchen floor was great on the first chilly night. It was the rear unit so privacy was appreciated. It was a property you could easily respect.
Negative: Shower was hard to stand in, and while we were ther the agent for the property acknowledge an issue and offered a solution. We identified a few small damages which we reported as per ther instructions and liked ther quick response.
Summary: It was an excellent apartment design with a clean professional ambience which improved our stay.

Positive: It’s very clean and the location is good
Negative: Our stay in early November was disappointed. Thought the outside temperature was around 25 degrees and colder at night, but without air conditioning or proper ventilation system in the bedrooms, the rooms became especially hot during our stay due to trapped heat. Even with all the windows open and roller blinds rolled up all night, the heat from the afternoon remained trapped, and the small windows made it difficult to cool the rooms effectively. This led to uncomfortable nights, and some of us had to sleep in the living room just to get some rest. One of the bedrooms without a sliding door was significantly hotter, so we moved a fan and an adapter from another room to try to cool it down. Later, we were questioned about the missing adapter, but we feel this could have been avoided if a thorough check of the house had been done before reaching out to us. When we clarified the situation, we didn’t receive an apology, which left us feeling a bit unappreciated. That said, these are the main drawbacks, but with some improvements—such as adding AC or better ventilation in the bedrooms and verifying items more thoroughly—this property has the potential to be an exceptional listing.

Negative: The lack of a car park was a surprise as all other units had a carpark allocated except ours. The beds were quite hard to sleep on.

Positive: It’s very clean and in a great location. Plenty of food to choose from and supermarket 5 minutes away. The town house has all the facilities and small backyard. Enjoy our stay. The only issue we had is parking, as there is no clear instruction to park the car. I got a bit problem to park next door. Everything else is fine.
