Positive: The apartment was very clean, with lovely furnishings, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Communication was excellent with requests and questions answered swiftly. Having the free secure parking was an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

Positive: Great location! We had easy and very clear instructions on how to get the key from the lock box outside and how to park in the carpark downstairs. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the hosts had left us a little basket of snacks we might like (tim tams, packets of weetbix, trail mix, popcorn etc), along with milk in the fridge for coffee & tea (that was also provided). Beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed) and the water pressure in the bathrooms was great. We'll definitely be booking this place again next time we're in Brisbane.
Negative: The sheet for the sofa bed was a single, so it didn't fit. But it wasn't a problem.

Positive: Very well equipped and felt very much a home away from home
Negative: Not enough keys to cater to the number of guests (4 adults) with only one key fob and door key to share. This made access to carpark and splitting up extremely sifficult

Positive: The location was perfect was just on the edge of Fortitude Valley , with plenty of eateries , venues near by which you could walk to or uber to at little expense. The hosts were very helpful, they were very accomadating and even supplyed coffee pods , uht single milks and little delights to made My mate and myself stay awesome. Their ice cubes in freezer and the fridge water was filled , but their was also two bottles of water supplied. The unit itself was one of the cleanest I've stayed in it was a pleasant surprise , I'm a regular visitor to Brisbane attending music events and the arts. Beds and Linen were extremely clean and comfortable.The unit was well styled , kitchen and appliances well appointed and clean. Bathrooms were simple ,clean and well styled. The complex itself is well appointed and clean foyers , lifts etc. Price was very reasonable. Next time I'll need to stay longer. I will be back, thank you to my hosts for offering such a awesome unit.
Negative: On arrival , had a little issue with accessing the key from the lockbox, but hosts were very helpful , when we opened the lockbox it seems to have maybe been affected by water just maybe needs to be lubricated again.
