Located on a quiet, residential street, you can enjoy a relaxing stay in Cedar Springs House, a bright, cozy, home with comfortable furnishings. With an open floor plan livingroom/kitchen that leads outside to a private backyard with a large heated pool (open seasonally), you can enjoy spending time with friends and family indoors or out!
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, sitting area and TV that can be connected to NetFlix, HBO GO, etc.
There is a first floor bedroom (king sized bed) that shares a bathroom/shower with the common space living room. A second floor bedroom also has a king sized bed, both bedrooms are also equipped with TV's.
The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and is ideal for two or more families vacationing together with children who want to bunk together. TV also included.
There is a third bathroom on the second floor that has a bath tub for those who prefer a bubbly bathing option!
Foldable workstations are available for those guests who have to work remotely.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and 2 coolers are available for your use during your stay.
Pool is opened seasonally and is heated to 82 degrees. Additional pool heating fees will apply.

Summary: Great house. Fantastic pool. Cleanliness of the first degree! So safe, so secure. Just far enough away from downtown East Hampton. Convenient to all spots. We can't say enough about how responsive, supportive, welcoming, and hospitable our host was to our friends and family. I cannot recommend this host or this house more highly. Excellent in every way!

Summary: We had a fabulous time during our stay!! While the location is great- extremely quiet and private and still only a short drive to businesses and town, we mostly stayed home because the house was just perfect-- super clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for hanging out and relaxing with loved ones. The pool is fantastic, too,- very large and has both a shallow and deep end. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating and clearly made an effort to provide a happy vacation feel for guests: multiple umbrellas outside, pool floats, comfortable loungers, toys and games, flat screens in the bedrooms, all of the appliances and dish-ware you would need... and many more details. Thanks again! We can't wait to return :)

Summary: On a quiet, tree-lined avenue we found this spotless 4 bedroom home with a secluded yard and a beautiful pool. We have a 94 year old mother and the downstairs bedroom en suite with adjoining full bathroom was perfect. The 3 upstairs bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Common area was lovely with big TV, open plan kitchen-dining area and access to pool. There was parking on the driveway for 4 (possibly 5) cars . All in all, it was a wonderful spot, close to Gardiner's bay and short drive to East Hampton and Amaganset main streets. I Will try and book it every summer. Great host.

Summary: Pool needed a cleaning, sand and organic matter, but the water was clear. It wasn’t a big deal. Location was peaceful. We really enjoyed the quietness. Overall a nice vacation rental
