Positive: Great room, stylish and very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax after long days exploring. The staff were fantastic, friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and tasty options. Perfect location in the heart of Granada, yet calm and welcoming inside.
Negative: None really – everything worked smoothly and made for an enjoyable stay.

Positive: Very well located hotel. Lovely large room with comfortable bed. Pleasant and helpful reception staff.
Negative: We visited the roof terrace/bar when we came back to the hotel on the first night at around 10pm to find it almost empty and almost in darkness. The second night, we couldn't go up at all, because there had been (the lightest) shower of rain, and they had taken the decision to close it, which was disappointing.

Positive: Great location in the middle of Granada, staff were very helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful.
Negative: Room was very warm and stuffy at night. Staff tried to help by providing a fan, but it could only do so much. Just be aware that if you’re in southern Spain during late March/early April, hotels don’t turn on the AC and the room can get really warm. Opening the window helps, but then the street noise makes things difficult when trying to sleep.

Positive: Beautiful property, great location, breakfast was too expensive, wifi didn’t work in breakfast.
Negative: There was no air conditioning. We were told by front desk staff to leave the balcony door open. That was ok during the morning but it was very loud in the evening.

Positive: The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants. The parking, as others have described, is difficult to find but worth noting is that you must tell the hotel staff your registration plate or you will be fined as you will be driving in a restricted area. The room was clean and modern.
Negative: The size of the room was very tight. Small rooms but otherwise comfy. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were super dry and like cardboard, the buffet was just a small selection which would have been ok if it was replenished regularly and of good quality. I went to get a banana but the last one was taken just before I got there, the pastries were not replaced either so it was slim pickings - the 40 minutes we were there these were not replaced. I rarely complain about anything but I did cancel my breakfast for the following morning as it was not worth it. Save the money and walk 2 minutes to get a lovely breakfast from any number of nearby cafes.
