Enter the enormous coral stone and brick driveway to the villa’s soaring foyer. Immediately the monumental volume of the living area encourages residents to absorb the magical exterior views. Living room features a surround sound system, 2 contemporary yet comfortable seating areas with sofa sleepers and a Chinese opium bed for daytime lounging or additional guests. Summary: This property was amazing and exactly as advertised. We travel frequently and have yet to experience a better host and house staff. We traveled with our three adult children, my mother 85 years, and grandson 3 years old. The house is spacious. When not at end beach we were around the pool. The indoor/outdoor living space added to the experience. The home is very spacious and beautiful. There was plenty to do for older and younger. We did take advantage of riding horses, hydrosurfing, 27 falls. We arranged for a chef for 4 nights incredible food. Breakfast was made for us daily by our amazing house keeper. Dean our host arranged for any travel. We did opt to rent a car, with a party our size this ended up being the right decision so we could grab groceries. Also if we wanted a massage we arranged that with the house staff and they came to the home. Prices were far less than we have paid on other vacations. The entire family expressed that this was the best vacation and accommodations we've been on. Thank you again, Dean and your amazing staff!!

Summary: This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting! We were welcomed by the maid and by the chef whom we had hired for that night. The house was beautiful, immaculate, and so welcoming. Everything we could've possibly needed for a comfortable stay was available. Both the interior and exterior spaces were lovely; our group of 8 never felt crowded. The maid was at the house each day to clean, do dishes and laundry- including our personal laundry! The pool was a big hit; we spent a large part of most days in or around it. Seahorse Ranch, the gated community where this property is located, is impressive. They have two pools ocean side available to guests, as well as beach area for walking, fishing, lounging and building sand castles. The kids in our group especially loved it. In addition, there are well maintained walking paths, an ocean side bar and restaurant, and a full equestrian center. Our two granddaughters really enjoyed pony rides! It is an easy drive to Sosua and to Cabarete where restaurants, shopping and additional beaches are available. We did all of our grocery shopping in Sosua and easily found everything we needed. Finally, we were fortunate to meet Dean, the owner, who dropped by to make sure we had everything we needed. You cannot go wrong by choosing this property! Every single person in our group commented about how perfect everything was. We would choose it again in a minute!

Summary: We stayed in this home for 10 days with three children and we had an absolute blast! The house is really great, the back yard even better with very close proximity to the beach. The owner is super nice and very helpful, always a phone quick call away. We could not have had a better vacation.

Summary: We've been to Cabarete several times to take our family surfing. We've often stayed in town at nice hotels but never found a place that was as high end as this community. We discovered the Sea Horse Ranch last year and really liked the property. We found Dean's villa through VRBO and thought it sounded perfect. When we arrived we realized this villa was even more stunning than in the pictures. The home perfectly blends the inside with the beautiful outdoor areas with wide open doors which sprawl across the back of the home towards the pool. It seamlessly allows one to enjoy both areas of the home at once and leaves an airy feeling throughout the home. It is impeccably decorated with an international flare. The TV room adds a cozy element and is equipped with everything you need for entertainment. Each bedroom has AC, spacious bathrooms and with a perfect balance of simplicity and elegance. The master bath is worth highlighting as it is both grand and well appointed. Of particular note is the master shower featuring in size but has dual facing showers. Dean is a gracious host and spent as much time as we needed to answer any questions about the area. He is super knowledgeable about Cabarete and helped arrange anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about his guest's experience while in his home. The Sea Horse Ranch is a perfect place for families in Cabarete. In a gated community, and offers an equestrian club, tennis club, beach club and great restaurant. It is on the beach with natural tidal pools and lounge chairs which sit on the cliffs overlooking the water. It's about a 10 minute drive to downtown Cabarete and 5 minutes to Playa Encuentra for surfing. Our stay at this villa took our trip to another level. We are definitely coming back here and would rent this villa going forward.

Summary: First came in contact with this property through the development area but found the information and pricing to be much more responsive through the owner direct here. This was my families first experience being gone over the Xmas holiday. I was apprehensive and worked with the owner who arranged a decorated tree for our arrival. From beginning to end the planning, response time, and information was excellent. Dean really cares about his renters and that they have a great time. Up through our arrival everything was on spot. Dean worked with me to arrange a driver and cook for our trip. Everything went without issue. Hire the cook, at least for a portion of your stay. We were there 10 days and found the food of higher quality and lower cost than when we ate out. Juana was responsive to our requests and portions and options. The kids loved her food and we had 3 awesome meals a day. We have rented houses and villas in lots of areas but never a cook. Its always a chore for us to keep everyone feed and the place cleaned up. Not this time. It was the most relaxing vacation of our lives. We had 9 adults in our group - our youngest is 17. We ate including the cost of the cook for about $25 per person per day. That's 3 meals a day shopped for, prepared and cleaned up for us for $25 per person per day. You can't beat that. The housekeeper Jamiris was so awesome. She was always around changing sheets cleaning floors and doing an occasional load of our laundry. The area has lots of security even though we never felt we needed it. Again Dean made sure we were happy all the time. On Xmas day the master bedroom air conditioning went out. He had people there working on it within an hour and when they couldn't fix it he had a new one brought in the next day and replaced it. Simply excellent customer service. If you want privacy, peace and quiet, and plenty for the kids to do (pool, beaches, tennis, and horseback riding) this place can't be beat. If you really like to ride horses the ranch has wonderful options. We thought we would go once but we went twice and tried to go a third time. The horses were well behaved but you could work and run them at a pace comfortable for you. Very good experience. We have traveled many places in the last 15 years but this is one of our must return to locations!! You won't be disappointed. The house is roomy with lots of amenities, the pool is wonderful and chlorine free. its an amazing place.

Summary: We stayed at this wonderful home for Spring Break. We had 3 families with 5 teenagers and never felt crowded. The home is more amazing than the pictures and plenty of space. The outdoor pool is heaven and a perfect place to relax and escape. There is a wonderful media room with TV and great wifi connection. The cook is out of this world and the beach club restaurant was great as well. We did many excursions including the zipline and monkey far, 27 Falls hike and catamaran snorkel cruise but were always thrilled to come home to this 5 star home.

Summary: My family and I recently stayed at this amazing property for 10 days. We had a fabulous experience; the owner was so helpful with restaurant and grocery store recommendations. He also led us to a car rental agency that served us very well. We would go back to the same property anytime. It was an extremely comfortable home with all the amenities one could ask for. The pictures on the web site were exactly as it looked in person. We think that anyone looking for a relaxing vacation would just love this home!!

Summary: We had an amazing week here at this beautiful villa. The homes pool was awesome but if that's not enough the community lagoons were worth the trip alone! I'll be going back next year and would like to stay at this villa again. I did look at other villa while on my holiday, but I would choose this one again.
