Summary: We came to the Farmerville area for a family wedding event. The house was located at the end of a dead-end road, so a few winding roads to get there, but once there extremely quiet and peaceful. The house was as-described- plenty of rooms for everyone, and the enclosed patio spaces were a bonus. We found the home to be well appointed and clean, and there was room for our family to spread out. Would recommend this place as a family gathering spot when in the area. The master bathroom was huge and helpful for our group. Open floorplan helped with social interaction, and right on the water for fishing and the views. Would return!

Summary: We chose to stay here primarily due to boat ramp. Good communication with owners, from a ramp perspective to the lake it’s not ideal. It’s usable but very tough in wet conditions which we experienced this weekend. Essentially it’s all dirt to the narrow ramp. But like I said, its usable
