This Lake Darbonne lake house is 1600sq. ft. It’s a comfy, cozy home with beautiful views. Awesome deck, yard( double lot), boathouse(single boat lift), dock, boat ramp on the property, extra lot next door for parking vehicles and boat trailers, fire pit with wood, 3 kayaks for you to use. ( we have 4 orange life jackets, or bring your own if you prefer). We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings. ONLY APPROVED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY ( your 7 or less ). For liability reasons, we are very strict about this rule and appreciate your understanding. If our place fits your small family or group's needs, we’d love to have you.

Summary: We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Lake House - both of our daughters enjoyed fishing off the pier, we rode our bikes, had smores, drank coffee on the swing - grilled our favorite sausage & boudin while listening to great tunes, just a great time! Mrs. Dee has a real gem here - everything was easy to locate or use! Hoping to return as soon as we can - Thank you so much for such a welcoming place.

Summary: House and property are great - a private boat ramp with nice dock/pier, paddle boat and kayaks. The house was nicely furnished, kitchen well stock. Host even provided bottled water and snacks!! It was a great retreat even though it rained. Would definitely rent this lake house again!!

Summary: This is our second time staying at this property and it never disappoints. Dee is such a sweetheart and always makes sure we have everything we need. We caught fish (from the boat and dock), made it to a Monroe Moccassins hockey game, and enjoyed plenty of time relaxing on the sofa playing games! The property is spacious, clean, and has everything you could need for a lake getaway! We will be back soon!

Summary: In a word-WONDERFUL! Water view was beautiful. Lake house was extremely clean & comfortable. Had all we needed & more. Summary: This is a great property with a gorgeous view! Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the lake. Older siblings getaway. Our hostess, Dee, was very attentive and accommodating. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We would HIGHLY recommed this property and look forward to another family getaway.

Summary: We have stayed on D'Arbonne Lake many times, and this is our favorite lakehouse. The large windows bring the picturesque views of the lake all the way into the kitchen and living room. Lots of room inside and out. The living room has lots of comfy seating. We spent time on the porch, the deck, and the firepit - did not expect so many great spaces to relax. Well stocked, clean, well-maintained, everything looked as advertised on the listing, great communication from host. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Host were great, property was very cozy, quiet, and relaxing. Having your own boat launch and dock house made fishing very easy. Farmerville is a wonderful town and everything you need is a 15-20 minute ride so its just close enough but still far enough to be quiet and relaxed. Looking forward to going back

Summary: The pictures represented the home, property, and views accurately. We stayed for a long weekend to kick off the football season by cooking, watching football, and our semi-annual cornhole tournament by the lake. The living room layout and furniture was spacious. Coffee on the deck in the mornings overlooking the lake was a great way to start each day. Everything was stocked as expected. The house was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely stay here again!
