Positive: I liked that the location was in a great part of the city. It was very close to the train system which made traveling easy. Enjoyed that it was in an old beautiful house.
Negative: Due to the humidity in New Orleans I fear this might be an issue, however there was black mold on the restroom ceiling, bedroom ceiling , and on the microwave from left over food. The ac was a water ac so it felt damp in the room all the time. Room didn’t look like the one in listing as they show there best looking rooms instead of the more simpler.
Summary: Overall good spot once those issues are taken care of. Beautiful house in great location

Positive: Location is great. Outside is very quiet.
Negative: The rooms ( I was upgraded), had really loud air conditioning units, so loud that ine could not hear the tv when tit was on. Both rooms were on the lower level, very dark ( first room had a small standard window which showed to the street, so blinds could only be opened a bit for natural light. Second room faced a a neighbouring house which blocked out most of the natural light, low branch tree made this even worse.)and dank smelling. The rooms both and had a damp, molldy smell if you turned the aircon off. Stairs were really difficult to manouver carry heavy luggage as they are steep and narrow steps.
Summary: It was not comfortable due to the lack of natural light, the odour and the really loud aircon.

Positive: I was able to relax.and everything was good maybe put some brochures in the rooms to let guest know what's around .I miss out on the things they had down the street. I was in door .most of the time. I could have walk around for lunch and dinner. The new donut shop was wonderful. I would stay again .I don't come home that often but I would stay again.guest needs to make sure that the entrance door is close all the time.can we keep in touch ?because I may loose the name of the place. Thanks

Positive: Proximity to the town centre was good. The street cars ran past the property. Supermarkets were within walking distance 15 mins away. Room was comfortable enough. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine iron, and board. Hair dryer. Laundry in the basement. In the US no kettle is provided. Street cars are regular you can pay on board or download day tickets.or 3 day pass. Cheap. Well worth staying there.
Negative: As it's not a booking.com accommodation but another agency to receive relevant information and details from, it was time consuming, annoying, and irritating. Before getting codes to access the property and allocated room, information has to be given including sending id with photo. Travelling from overseas with data only plus roaming not reliable,caused a problem as links didn't work and their WhatsApp difficult to access. Eventually codes were given. Then on our last day they changed our door code without informing us. Won't do this again.

Positive: Very clean, bed comfy, nice location.
Negative: The shower needs a new cold water faucet, it fell off as soon as I touched it. The shower head can’t be repositioned so the water gets all over the floor.
Summary: The shower was the only thing, but that’s a minor fix that won’t prevent me from returning. I would stay again.

Negative: It’s way too expensive for the size of the room. Especially with no kitchen. I understand the location and the carnival prices but 2000 is ridiculous. It felt like we paid for a hotel room for twice the amount of money.
