Summary: The villa was as advertised and very well equipped. The location was perfect being 5-10 mins drive from each of Paphos old town, the nearest supermarket (Lidl), and the beach. Marylin and Dermot were perfect hosts, ensuring our stay was comfortable and that there were no problems or issues with the villa, in a very discrete manner. We spent many mornings and evenings just lounging by the wonderful pool, having a fabulously relaxing family vacation. Paphos, and its environs, is a great place with many interesting places to visit and things to do. I would say that hiring a car is essential as, although walking to the old town or beach is possible, it is quite hilly and isn't very comfortable in +30C weather and not all roads have a pavement. Will definitely be back to Paphos and Villa Bella

Summary: The Villa is amazing. It truly is a home from home with lots of comforts you wouldn’t expect to find in a Villa. We didn’t have a large supermarket near us but easy hot deliveries to our door or used a very reliable taxi service day or night. We loved it and would definitely rebook.

Summary: Great stay. The property was well equipped, so much so that there were things there that we didn’t even have at home. We couldn’t find the property by the address as it is in a new estate. Unfortunately the link on VRBO showing directions was not working for some reason. A couple of messages to Dermot and a phone call saw him coming to meet us to lead us there. Was only there for a week and wishing we had stayed longer. Air conditioning was installed in all bedrooms which is a godsend. Area was very quite and located at the end of a cul-de-sac so no through traffic. Will defo enquire to stay again next time.

Summary: This villa was absolutely great for the three generations of our family. It was clean and roomy, well presented and very well equipped. We travelled in October so had no need for air conditioning, although it was available. The kitchen area is large, with a big fridge freezer. There are loads of glasses and crockery, some plastic for use outside or for children. The pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there. There was table tennis, and outside bar area, bbq, and plenty of shade for those that want it. Naturally, we had to be careful with toddlers near the pool and the edge of the patio area. I think a car is essential as the location is high on a steep hill and the supermarkets and restaurants are not within an easy walk. Great response from Dermot when we had a small problem with the plumbing. Highly recommended. Ian S

Summary: Lovely spacious and clean villa in chlorakas with a large pool. We have been to cyprus many times and have stayed in lots of villas and this was possibly one of the most equipped villas yet. There was great communication with Marilyn and dermot throughout the whole process and nothing ever seemed to be any trouble to them. We had a problem with one of the room A/C units and this was resolved very quickly.we would definitely recommend this villa to others.we travelled as a party of 5 adults and two young children and the villa suited everyone’s needs with lots of games available to keep the children entertained away from the sun. Thank you Marilyn and ferment for letting us stay at your beautiful villa.

Summary: Arrived 17th July 2022, five adults and 15 month old grandson, the property exceeded our expectations. Pool and outside area brilliant, shade was so important in 40C plus, the pool was cleaned twice during our weeks stay. The kitchen is home from home with all the appliances, crockery and utensils you need including plenty of plastic tableware for outside use. The fridge is amazing. Blackout blinds, ceiling fans and remote controlled air con in all rooms. Pool towels and lots of linen available. Would recommend for a family with children, we hired cot, high chair and stairgate from Paphos Baby Corner, car is essential as the villa is on the hillside, not far, but a climb. Roger & Bernadette

Summary: Villa Bella is in between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay strip. It's in quiet residential area so a car is essential. The villa is so well equipped. They have thought of everything. We spent a lot of our time in the pool. Would recommend to a family or groups of adults.
