Summary: All the workers there were very nice and helful. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs were watery. My bed was very soft. I did not get any sleep. And the pillows were way too fluffy for me. I sleep on my side/stomach. I need a flatter pillow.

Summary: We booked a double queen room and they put us in a king bed with sofa bed room. The reason given for tbe change was that we used Hotels.com to book the room and the room wasn't available when it was booked, but no message was sent informing us of any change. Front desk manager was a bit snooty and unapologetic, just "that is why you should book directly with us."
