Positive: we loved the peace and serenity of this location. It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere while also having easy access to main roads. we loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the hummingbirds.
Negative: the bed in the loft is not super easy to get into. you do have to quite literally crawl into and out of bed.

Positive: It was peaceful, quiet, and very easy to get to and from Texas State Univ in San Marcos. Absolutely loved the area, the atmosphere, and the quality of the cabin. Such an amazing stay- would highly recommend!

Positive: We loved the location, it was the perfect place to be alone but yet we could go to town quickly to get what was needed. Our drive was amazing the view that is.
Negative: At no fault of the owners, the drought we were unable to have a campfire. But again they can't help that.
Summary: Our stay was fantastic they provided us with an amazing weekend. Thank you guys we will be returning

Positive: Property was clean . It was peaceful. It is really located in Wimberly not San Marcos.
Negative: The stairs were challenging to navigate the loft to the upper bed . I’m 64 and and recovering from rib & knee injuries. Sleeping upstairs & having to go to the bathroom during the downstairs made me was nervous .
Summary: Nice peaceful place .. just be prepared to do some climbing into the bed upstairs. The one bathroom is downstairs.
