3 Bedroom House in Point Clear, Fairhope

Location, Privacy, Comfy Beds(King Size), TVs and fast Wifi..all in 1. Take the family on a beach vacation being only 45min to the Gulf. Return after that great beach day to the comfort of the 3 bedroom Cottage. In town for a wedding?..only 4 min to the grand and 7 min to Dwntwn Fairhope(great shopping & dinning).
Privacy fence on both sides. Big backyard. Place is completely yours, the owners do not live on nor adjacent to the property
After that long day of playing hard, if you dont want to go out to eat, the kitchen has everything you need. All of the essentials. Even a gas range.
Coffee and creamer provided.
New washer and gas dryer recently added (Oct 2022). This comes in handy for our long term guests.
Are you in town for a wedding or event and have 5 people needing a shower to get ready? The cottage has a new oversized gas water heater to provide plenty of hot water(cold showers are the worst).
Great internet speeds. I have tested different carriers, and have found the best one for this property. The internet has plenty of power and speed.
The Grand hotel is 4min away! The Gulf is only 44min. Downtown Fairhope is a 7min.
Lets just get this out of the way..cleanliness. This is what is on everyones mind, with good reason. We have high expectations to provide our guests a clean place to stay. Along with washing the regular stuff like sheets and towels, we wash bedspreads and blankets. We also sanitize all surfaces multiple times.
A house that sleeps 5 is the magic number. Not to big or too small... Just what the average family needs. Large kitchen table to fit the whole family.
This modest house was built in the early 80's. It is nestled in a neighborhood of grand estates and small houses. Some things in this house have been renovated, like the kitchen counters and ceilings. And some things are from the original build, like the floors.
Fine dinning restaurant, Char 32, is within walking distance across the street in the Point Clear Tennis Club.
Brand new Publix grocery store is less than five minutes away. No stop lights on the way to Publix.
Listing Picture disclosure: South side neighbors are putting up a privacy fence. Its nice because the backyard will have full privacy, but we will not longer to be able to view their horses.

Summary: It’s would be a great place for a family to spend time together. They had lots of board games and a great table for game nights. Just a sweet place to stay and not feel like you are in a hotel but more at home.

Summary: Cozy older house in a very nice area of town. Quiet and private. Can be a bit hard to find, especially after dark. (Driveway is first one on your left after Tennis Club dr, just past the wooden privacy fence-no mailbox, but house # is on a post near the road) Owner provides excellent directions and clear expectations for your stay.

Summary: We were attending a family wedding and this property was perfect for the four of us. The location was ideal for all our activities. Great communication with the host. We were close to excellent dining and were able to prepare meals for our stay with everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for several days. The house is clean. Beds are comfortable. Shower is hot. Kitchen is well-equipped. It was perfect for us while we waited to move in to our home in Fairhope. MIchael is a great communicator and left a notebook with a lot of helpful information. Five stars!

Summary: This is a rustic cottage nestled on a very peaceful lot. The backyard overlooks a horse pasture. It is an extremely tranquil and quiet property, and close to everything. Ideal location! The cottage provided all of the comforts of home. Full kitchen, along with a coffee bar. Michael was a phone call or text away If you had any questions. Summary: The facility was perfect for our family. There were 5 of us sisters ages 70 (me), 72, 73, 74, and 75. We always got together for Mom’s birthday. Mom died in 2016 at age 84 and we wanted to continue getting together. The location, facility, and registration worked well. I can’t say enough about Michael. He was so prompt in responding to my needs and questions. I barely finished my text and immediately received his response. We loved it and hope to return one day.
