Summary: We had a great stay in Genevieve's apartment. The apartment is quite large by Paris standards and it offered great views of the city. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay in Paris. The internet was slow, but it did work most of the time. Genevieve was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved the property! (Especially the balconies and view). The rooms were adequate, beds comfy. The kitchen was great. The only thing we struggled with was the washer/dryer, but we eventually figured it out. :) We will stay here again the next opportunity we get. We hope we left it clean enough and appreciate you letting us stay. Thanks so much!!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jean Marie's apartment. It was perfect for our extended family. Everything was so comfortable and lovely. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Metro, grocery, cafes and the open air markets. Staying in here really made our trip wonderful.

Summary: I know this has taken me too long to write this review since we were in Paris in August 2018 for 10 days. This spacious apartment with three private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balconies in all rooms was ideal for our family of 4. And happily it looks like the pictures. Everyone had their own room. The kitchen was great for fixing simple meals and the dining table in the large living room was a nice communal area. The location in a quiet area of Paris was convenient to walk to restaurants and small grocery stores. We visited the bakery on the corner within 100 meters every morning. Lovely park across the street. Issues with the apartment were minor - need more fans - one for each room & most lamps needed new light bulbs. Be prepared to buy supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Also, get a second key for entrance to the building. Great building security, but with only one fob for getting into building we could not go out on separate excursions without pre-planning & then our cell phones didn't always work so it was hard to connected with each other. Our favorite neighborhood restaurants - L"Auberge Etchegorry - classic French, La Fregate Cafe - farm to table, & Il etait us square - burger joint. Also, we took a culinary tour of a neighborhood. We used Food Tours of Paris & went through the Latin Quarter which we could walk to from the apartment.. We used the Hop-on Hop-off buses for the first two days. Probably one day is enough for the whole round trip tour and the night tour was not worth doing. We used Ubers to pick us up at the apartment and took taxis back to the apartment. We only had one taxi that seemed to take the long way around and was over priced otherwise the transportation was good.

Summary: The apartment was spacious and accommodated very well our family of 6. Very well situated, supermarket across the road, & a bus and metro station almost down the building. The owner was very helpful, very cooperative, & very professional. He provided us with all details needed & thankfully arranged for our late night arrival. This apartment is a home away from home. Summary: We’ve stayed in Paris several times but had never done a vrbo. We loved it. There’s a surprising amount of space (we very comfortably slept 6 adults). Clean,neat and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable! Quiet at night . A couple blocks away from metro Corvisart there is a fun, lively neighborhood with restaurants, shops, groceries on street corners.... Beautiful view from the windows and balcony from the red bedroom :Tour Eiffel, Sacré Cœur. We also noticed a lot of families with kids in the area - we haven’t brought our young kids to Paris yet, but would consider this area if we ever brought them in the future. The check in/out process was easy and flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I had booked another apartment for our group of 6 -- 2 couples, a 22 yr old young man and a 10 year old girl -- but that apartment was cancelled just weeks before our trip. I was happy to find this place which worked great for our group. The balconies were so nice! A balcony for every bedroom and 2 in the living room. The balconies in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms were all connected. The park right below us was very nice (sometimes loud because there seemed to be some camps going on). Kitchens and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The restaurant right next store specialized in burgers and tartar and was delicious and there is a bakery right across the street as well. The metro stop was only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and there is an outdoor market 3 mornings a week near there as well. Easy walking to Rue Moufftard area (about a 10 minute walk after you walk thru the park).

Summary: The apartment was exactly as advertised. Located close to Corvisart and Place D'Italie metro stations giving easy access to most of the "sites to see" in Paris. The neighbourhood was safe and filled with services. Local grocery, three restaurants and a bakery are located within 100 meters.
