Positive: Two bedrooms of good size, two toilets too, very helpful for our group. Lovely decor. Nice balcony with lots of patio doors for both bedrooms and lounge. Huge fridge and kitchen with enough pots n pans etc. Good location, near metro for travelling to central Paris and local shops for provisions - and a fab burger restaurant close by (and I don’t even like burgers!). Missing toiletries were provided next day with lots if apologies
Negative: Hard to find good light to put makeup on!! Washing was drying in the flat which wasn’t ideal.

Positive: This is a brilliant apartment, extremely clean and centrally located near two metro stations. Lockbox works well. The balcony is great for relaxing and all the rooms are much bigger than the usual Paris accommodation. Fabulous big TV too. Beds are comfy and the area is quiet and feels very safe. David is a great host and replies very quickly. There is a playground in the park opposite and lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for families.

Positive: Excellent location, parking included. Building doorman was excellent to have.
Negative: The kitchen utensils/pans and kitchen cleanliness overall could use a bit of an upgrade. The shower room has a bit of a sewer smell at times, but this is most likely the building plumbing.

Positive: We stayed in this apartment from 29 April to 1 April 2024. The appartment is very clean, spacious, modern, convenient, faces a park, located in a quiet street but it is not far (just a few minutes) from a bigger street whrere there are shops, some restaurants and where buses run. Everything in the apartmet is organised in the way for its visitors could feel very comfortable. Each of 3 rooms has an access to the long balcony. We loved staying there!
Negative: There was really nothing to be disliked. We just have 1 recommendation: it would be nice to have an instruction somewhere on the wall in jacuzzi room how to use it properly. As we had an issue not beng sure how to close the hot tub drain hole. :)
Summary: We were all very happy staying in this appartment. We highly recommend it and hope to come again

Great views from the balcony over the park. Spacious (for Paris), two bathrooms (though only one toilet). Helpful host who went out of way to help us on multiple occasions.
