Two spaces in one located on all sport Palmer Lake, nearly 500 acres. The rental includes a renovated main house with an additional bunk house located directly across the lawn. A roomy deck over the water, sandy beach area, flat top grill, and spacious fire pit on the property. The dock is 40 feet with a large platform to sit & enjoy the lake. There's a shallow, swimming area near the dock to enjoy the water on a raft. The main house is a completely renovated, ranch offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bunk house includes a large bunk space as well as a great room with a bar area. Both spaces offer lake views, large gathering space, and plenty of sleeping quarters. Summary: We just got back from our family vacation and can’t wait to go back! We’ve been repeat renters over the years because the owners have thought of everything and it’s all perfect for us! Exactly as described. Comfortable. You only need to pack your swimsuit! Great swimming, fishing & floating! We had a great time on and off the lake. There’s something for everyone….you dan be as relaxed or busy as you want! Already planning our trip next summer.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin right on the lake! The kids were entertained playing in the sand, swimming in the water, jumping off the dock and fishing from the dock. We brought sand toys, water rafts and other kid toys which wasn't necessary as those were already there as well as other toys (can jam, cornhole boards, etc.). We enjoyed having fires and cooking over the fire pit right next to the water. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and more. Some of our group took daily walks in the neighborhood and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Nicole was helpful and easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay again!

Summary: 5 night stay was nothing but beautiful evenings and water filled fun all day long! Everything you need in a lake get away! Water/beach is great for the littles! Toys for every age available. Large kitchen and bountiful sleeping spaces!

Summary: This is such a beautiful property! Very well cared for—they think of everything! It checks all the boxes—you can be as busy or relaxed as you would like. The swim area at the dock is clean, fishing off the dock was good, and the shade to sit & enjoy the lake was a wonderful way to end the day. The fire pit was perfect to roast some s’mores lakeside. This was our third year for this property and we’re already talking about our next trip!

Summary: The rental process was easy from start to finish. This house was everything we wanted and more! It’s beautiful, clean, cozy and right on the lake. The view is breathtaking. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. You literally need your swimsuit & food…that’s it. Our family of 4 love this home. We were able to have our extended family over and the set up worked for all ages. Only a few stairs for our older family members. Lots of games, sand toys and floats for kids and adults. We will be back for sure!
