Summary: We were hoping for a good stay close to the beach and we got a wonderful location with above usual the hospitality. Logan was very easy to work with and it was seemless from arrival to check out. He had a book with everything you can imagine and even checked in with us after day two since he hadn’t heard from us. We honest didn’t need anything because he had covered all the bases. It was a short 4 min walk to the beach (access super close) and the beach area (though by semi big buildings) was not that busy at all. Logan had the essentials for the beach so we didn’t have to bring it or buy it there (that was huge) and enjoyed our stay very much. If we ever make it that way again, we for sure will stay there again and recommend to anyone that has no more than 6 people (comfortably).

Summary: I was absolutely amazed at all the details Logan has put towards this property to make it have anything you could possibly need! Logan responded quickly, the house was so clean and in such a safe area. We will definitely be booking again!

Summary: Everything about our stay was above and beyond expectations! Great location, short walk to the beach! All of the littlest details were thought of to make the stay perfect. Cannot wait to come back!

Summary: Everything was above and beyond what we imagined. Location was close to the beach and Cape Canaveral. We were able to walk 3 minutes to watch a rocket launch and drive to nearby USSSA complex in about 20 minutes.

Summary: Location was great. Weather was terrific. Perfect for the two of us. Bathrooms adequate but very small. Furniture dated but comfortable. Host Logan was very responsive and easy to work with. Second bedroom not really functional (too many beds) for longer stays.

Summary: Our stay was so relaxing. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable with all of the emenities of home. The condo was clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. The location was a close walk to the beach and close to shopping and fun activities. Don't worry about the Florida heat because the A/C was awesome! I didn't want to leave!

Summary: Had everything we wanted as a family: safe location, close to the beach, plenty of great food options nearby, and well furnished property. They have towels, toys, and a cart to get to the beach. Great property, highly recommend. Had one thing to point out to the property owner and he replied within minutes.

Summary: If you're looking for a GREAT place to stay, this is it! This place was perfect for our family and it would be for yours. It was very clean with lots of room. It had Everything that we needed to include items for the beach. 5 min walk from the back door to sand at your toes. Outside shower was perfect after getting back from the beach. Great communication with the owner from start to finish. I have nothing bad to say about this place... if you are still looking I'd stop here 😍 Would definitely come back.

Summary: Logan’s place was perfect for my family. We usually stay closer to Patrick AFB but loved being closer to Kennedy space center. The proximity to the beach is amazing, We walked our kids (3and 6) to the beach every night easily. The condo was very well decorated and modern. We would stay here again anytime. Thanks Logan !
