Summary: We were just after an easy fortnight away beach holiday. This met all our needs - clean and comfy with all the items required. Location was a huge factor, so easy to get to the beach and walk into Newquay - hardly used the car all fortnight. Thanks.

Summary: It was a nice stay in Newquay. The beach was only 5 Minutes away and everything could be done by a walk. The house was very clean and also well equipped. Three bedrooms, a shower and bathtube and two toilets were available. The separeted kitchen give us all opportunity to cook.

Summary: Lovely home very clean and comfortable. Very homely feel with all mod cons and plenty of kitchen ware. Great shower in upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet was a great bonus . The location was perfect for the beaches and just a short walk into town. A GREAT STAY.

Summary: Nice,clean house with everything you need as a family. Location is superb, just a two minute walk to tolcarn beach. Off street parking is also a bonus. Will certainly consider booking again.

Summary: From start to finish we had a tremendous holiday experience, we could not have wished for better. Lee & Tina have quite obviously worked extremely hard to create such a well presented and much loved holiday home. Booking was easy, Lee was extremely helpful and friendly with excellent communication throughout. Enough off-road parking for two cars if required. With only a short walk to Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze beaches we were in our element. Town was easy walking distance too and when we came “home” at night the street was lovely and quiet apart from the seagulls (not a lot you can do about them!) We we’re so lucky with the weather too. All in all “superb” is our verdict. Many thanks Both, we will come again and have already recommended No.10 to others.
