Positive: The owners were very accommodating. They provided teas, coffee, biscuits & chocolates every day, which was very considerate.
Negative: The property was modern, clean & fresh. All good quality products in the room. The sea views were amazing. The B&B was conveniently situated to Newquay town centre. It was quiet and relaxing. Good choice at breakfast. Food was freshly made to a high standard

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Lazy Waves! Jayne and Sam were absolutely lovely and so approachable—nothing was too much trouble. Positive: As soon as we walked through the door it was a warm welcome Jayne one of the owners was there to welcome us. It was like home from home. I loved how friendly everyone was, the rooms were beautiful and tastefully done we were in room six Unfortunately we didn't have a sea view but it was a spacious and lovely room. They had a living room which was lovely and done in a similar design to the rest of the house just like the dining room. Breakfast was amazing such a variety of foods on offer and all beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Location was perfect right on the seafront just a little walk across the grass down a few steps and onto the beach which was clean and lovely. The town was just around the corner parking was a bit of a problem outside. So on the first day went to the car park but 2nd & 3rd days parked right outside the B&B. So to sum it off Dean & Jayne are amazing chatty and just welcoming, warm and so friendly, The rest of the staff we met were so polite and friendly. Also, Sam & Liv are always friendly insightful, helpful, and just a joy to talk to. Definitely going back and will 100% recommend.
Negative: Only couple of things were the matteress was a little uncomfortable for me anyway as I suffer from sciatica, and the parking but It wouldn't stop me going back.
