You're also just 4.5km from Nelson Bay and d'Albora Marina, where dolphin watch cruises depart daily.
The air-conditioned upper floor offers open plan living that leads out to a large balcony with fabulous views, and an outdoor table and lounge. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). In the morning, you can find yourself enjoying coffee and breakfast on the balcony while soaking in the beautiful vista of boats floating on the glistening waters. Late afternoon, cook up a BBQ with family and friends after a day at the beach, then sit back with a refreshing beverage as you watch the sunset across the water towards Soldiers Point. This level also boasts the master bedroom with king bed, a TV, vanity table, ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms. One has a tri-bunk, and the other 2 each have a double bed, ceiling fan and balcony access. All 4 bedrooms have built-in robes. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet, and a laundry with washer and dryer.
Outside, you'll find a beautiful backyard garden with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after the beach. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars in the carport with space for another 2 to 3 cars in the driveway.
