Positive: We had a week at Fatumaru lodge, it was perfect for a first trip to Vanuatu. Staff were all lovely Close to airport Waterfront - free kayaks and paddle boards we used everyday. A good kitchenette to self cater but also a really decent breakfast available at a cost. Enough dining out options also within walking distance, supermarkets also within walking distance. Easy to catch a bus from right out front.
Negative: Didn't catch any fish off the jetty despite seeing plenty in the water.
Summary: We had a great stay, we'd definitely stay again if we come back to Port Vila

Positive: Peacful location with amazing sunset. Facilities, including cooking equipment, which wasn't working in a room but could utilise communal kitchen
Negative: Kids couldn't swim in a bay. Bleached coral. Staff wasn't helpful and provided wrong information about things to do on the island (outdated). Wasn't easy with two young kids in that location

Positive: The view was lovely and so was the room. We loved the little outside kitchen/bar and we all loved taking the kayaks out for a paddle around the bay. It was so close to the airport. Very convenient, ye didn't feel like it was right on the road.
Negative: There was a bit of confusion with breakfast. The lady didn't understand the changes and the breakfast was a little ordinary.
Summary: Lovely view and great rooms. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The rooms are very spacious and very clean. We could tell that they put attention to details. The bed is so comfortable. The view from the room especially of the water and sunset is unbeatable. The staff were vey helpful and friendly. We went there for my birthday and they even left us a little present which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
