Summary: The property was great with a lot of space to have a family vacation. The house was very clean and the check in/out procedures were simple. The one draw back is there no washer / dryer. Location to downtown and the mountains were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental management company is a pain to deal with. Check in process was horrendous and we landed in Denver with no idea how to check in to the place. The appliances were not functioning and came to find out no washer and dryer for rental use - for our entire week. The checkout was 10am which is the earliest checkout I’ve ever had with rentals and hotels.The house suited our family and good location.

Summary: We stayed here over Christmas because it was close to our daughter. Beds were very comfortable, furniture in living room was great. Kitchen layout is great, but lacking in smaller kitchen appliances (no blender or mixer). Communication with property manager was fabulous. Overall a great place to stay.

Summary: We came out for a family Thanksgiving with at our son and his wife’s home - both sides of their familys. The place on Dover was a welcome retreat! It is really much nicer than the pictures show! Comfortable beds, great kitchen. We would return next time!

Summary: We spent 5 nights at this house and found it to be clean, comfortable, and spacious. The description on the website was very accurate. The support staff was quick to respond and accommodating to address a problem we had. It was fairly warm during the day and cool at night, but the house stayed comfortable without A/C. The kitchen was well equipped and all basic supplies were provided. If you're a light sleeper, there is a bit of road noise from the highway, but it was only noticeable late at night.
