Positive: Beautiful location. The kitchen was quality. Very close to a shop and bakery. Very clean. Lovely View. Such a good place.

Negative: Very warm in room at times. But it didn’t affect us at all still loved our time here.

Summary: Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be back!

Positive: Nice accommodations, easy parking, and not too expensive so everything you could ask for, and the host Sandra is super friendly, bubbly and welcoming; she is a fabulous host!, She doesn't offer breakfast but there is a bakery and supermarket on the doorstep and there is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room at the top of the house so you can easily make your own or cook a meal. Plus Sandra thinks of everything in the kitchen/diner and the bathroom. The town of Sempach is extremely pretty and everything is on your doorstep including the incredibly beautiful lake, the views of the mountains and a lovley area to walk in, all of which are all only a couple of minutes’ walk from the accommodation. Plus, the town has a number of good restaurants, a teddy bear museum, shops and a lovely bakery we would certainly stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Negative: Sandra, the host goes overboard to accommodate your every need so there is really nothing to complain about. Ok you take turns in the bathroom but that really didn't present any sort of problem for us and the bathroom itself is large, incredibly clean and if anything overstocked plus the shower was lovely, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Summary: Fabulous Host, Fabulous location and everything you could ask for. Whats' not to like?

Negative: Nothing. I had initial doubts about the shared bathroom but I had nothing to worry about. It was maintained to a superb standard.

Positive: We liked everything at Sandras' place: It is a cosy very well equiped place with a kitchen an dining room, the supermarket, restauranta and cafes are in a short walking distance away. The location is perfect. We had the Gold room which has got two windows. All rooms have got the view to the lake. Sandra is a wonderful host. We came with the public transportation (train and bus), which functions exellent in Switzerland. I highly recommend this place especially for couples.

Negative: There was nothing I did not like.
