The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and functional, offering modern conveniences , including an airfryer and blender, coffee machine and hot refreshment / snack station. There is ample space for 4 guests to entertain and the central breakfast bar . Many appliances are retro and add a splash of colour. The cooker is a Zanussi induction hob and oven and there are patio doors lead to a private sunken patio area, with bistro seating , perfect for outdoor relaxation . The two double bedrooms branch off from the main living area, each with its own unique personality. The whole basement uses a Macerator based plumbing system which could block if filled with non flushable waste causing the system to fail. This system uses a pump which has a whooshing noise when activated which may be unfamiliar to some guests.
